The Swift & Granite Team is comprised of San Diego’s top talented bartenders working at reputable cocktail bars (Pendry Hotel, La Fayette Hotel, Polite Provisions, Kettner Exchange, Captains Quarters, and Raised By Wolves). When it comes down to it you want a bar team that is going to nourish your soul and palate. All of us have earned our dues in the service industry and it shows immensely during private events. You know the saying, the proof is in the pudding? We keep the lines short during cocktail hour, sparing no details in our drinks.

We feel the absolute most overlooked part of many bartending companies services are the ambiance. Creating an aesthetic contemporary cocktail bar is no joke, thats why we have an inventory of custom satellite bars that are hand crafted by Simple Luxe Builds in LA that were specifically curated to emulate a high end bar with character. We also carry a unique line of 1910 Gatsby Era Glassware to really elevate the feel and presentation of your cocktails: nica nora, coupes, etched rocks, etched highball, goblets, and Chardonnay glass. Candles and flowers are such an important piece of building the ambiance, thats why we always coordinate directly with your florist/candle vendors to make your pictures come out more stunning than you thought was possible.

Your cocktails deserve tender love and care, and if you see a bartender using sour mix or sweetened lime juice then please walk away from their bar. We at Swift & Granite only use organic local ingredients from Specialty Produce to prep every aspect of your cocktail menu from scratch. Every citrus is freshly hand squeezed: lime, lemon, grapefruit, orange, yuzu etc. All of your speakeasy style concoctions are made in house like coffee orange tonic, rose water cordial, lychee mandarin foam, coconut ube puree, and papaya infused blended vermouth. We even buy specialty shaped clear ice from N’ICE & Penny Pound, so your cocktails can be at the highest level. We price everything how we do because we use expensive ingredients and put a lot of thought and work into prepping your cocktails even days before the event day. Quality takes years to master, but we’ve all had dinner at a high end restaurant and felt our face melt in happiness.

My team has come to learn my style of bartending, but also how I run this business. Every facet from our first zoom call to saying our goodbyes, our mission is to leave you feeling like you were always taken care of and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. Little details, when done right, make a massive impact and we are just perfectionists striving show you how crazy fun craft cocktails can be. We’re always 2-3 hours early, communicating thoroughly, well dressed in a tie and bar apron, and leaving everything out on the service floor. You want us to load your leftover liquor in your car for you? Yes. You want us to help the caterers pre bus plates for their next course? Already on it. You want table service for wine? Sounds great.
