Hey y’all Trevor, the owner of Swift & Granite Bartending in San Diego. The ideology behind why I started Swift & Granite is because I went to a few weddings myself as a guest and felt there was a wide open market for someone to come in and bring a bespoke and luxury cocktail service that hasn't been done before. There are truly so many competitive craft cocktail bars in San Diego, all offering unique aesthetics and styles, that i wanted to bring that world into private events and weddings. I saw the change in culture, where people if they do go out, they value something experiential over everything else.
I started Swift & Granite in 2022 in San Diego, CA with my best friends who’ve I’ve worked with in the hospitality industry and we have now become one of the top luxury cocktail services in Southern California. Everything I do is in the pursuit of making the guest experience more special, I want them to almost have this sense of awe that they get to experience a bar service with such a focus on the art of bartending gastronomy. I come from a craft cocktail background where large format ice cubes and isi cocktail foams are the norm, so we brand ourselves as a speakeasy bartending service because we simply give a sh*t about what we do. I’m incredibly fortunate the team I do; it transcends service and becomes about building a relationship with you fostered by trust and care for what matters to you.
