I’m Trevor Bailey, founder and lead bartender of Swift and Granite. I was raised in Darien, Connecticut where I spent most of my life before moving to San Diego for college at San Diego State University. Just to simply pay bills and pay off student loans I got into serving and bartending. I quickly grew to love the art of bartending and the aspect of hospitality. We started S & G at the beginning of 2023 because we knew that craft bartending and achieving the highest form of it could absolutely extend to private events yet didn't.
All of our Swift & Granite Bartenders work at some of the best cocktail bars in San Diego, a few to name being; Fifth and Rose at Pendry, Neighborhood, and Quixote at La Fayette Hotel. There is no question that you’re getting the absolute best skilled bartenders who each have 8+years of service industry experience and ownership of cocktail creations on various bar menus. We take pride in that every detail must be perfected, leaving no stones unturned. A wise man one said, “how you do one thing is how you do everything”.
My Approach

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
